At Wiasoft ("we", "our", or "us"), we believe your financial records belong exclusively to you. This Privacy Policy describes how PocketCash ("the App") handles your data.

1. Absolute Local Storage (Zero Cloud Servers)

PocketCash is designed with an offline-first architecture. All your accounts, income/expense records, customer balances, contact details, notes, and receipt images are stored exclusively on your device's local SQLite database.

  • We do NOT maintain servers that upload, store, or inspect your financial transactions.
  • We do NOT sell, rent, or monetize your personal or financial data.
  • Deleting the application or resetting your data permanently removes all local information unless you have created an encrypted backup.

2. Encrypted Backups

You may create manual backups of your data at any time. Backup files (.wiasoft) are strongly encrypted using PBKDF2 key derivation (600,000 iterations) and AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption with a password of your choice.

  • We cannot recover lost backup passwords. Keep your password safe.
  • You choose where to store or share your backup files (e.g., iCloud Drive, Google Drive, local storage, or messaging apps).

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

To process optional Pro upgrades, PocketCash integrates with Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat SDK.

  • When you make a purchase or restore a subscription, an anonymous app user identifier and transaction receipts are securely verified via Apple/Google and RevenueCat.
  • No financial transaction data, account names, or ledger records are ever shared with RevenueCat or app store providers.

4. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

PocketCash contains NO third-party advertising SDKs, NO behavioral tracking scripts, and NO data-broker trackers.

5. Third-Party Sharing (User-Initiated)

When you choose to share a PDF statement, CSV report, or send a payment reminder via WhatsApp, the App transfers your formatted message to the selected application only upon your explicit action. Those external services operate under their own privacy policies.
