1. Nature of the Service

PocketCash is a personal and commercial productivity tool designed to help users record cash flow, debts, and promissory notes.

No Professional Financial or Tax Advice: PocketCash is not an accounting firm, bank, or financial advisor. The App does not replace legally mandated book-keeping or official tax accounting. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all entries and maintaining regular backups.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

PocketCash provides free core cashbook tracking with sensible record limits (up to 10 active contacts, 3 promissory notes, and 2 cash accounts).

Pro Tier (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Lifetime)

PocketCash Pro offers unlimited records, multi-currency wallets, PDF/CSV statements, and biometric security.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled at any time in your device's Store Account Settings.
Lifetime Purchase is a one-time non-consumable payment granting permanent access to Pro features without recurring charges.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wiasoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device loss, hardware failure, corrupted local storage, or forgotten backup passwords.
